Being able to talk through your difficulties can help you understand your feelings. Having someone willing to listen and provide a calm presence when things feel out of control, can make things feel more manageable.

I can provide a warm, friendly and professional counselling service in a comfortable and confidential space. I offer online and telephone counselling services if you prefer to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. I also offer face to face counselling sessions from my therapy room in Hereford where I follow safety measures in line with COVID-19 rules.
 

Sometimes it can be daunting taking the first steps towards speaking to someone about your current difficulties but I aim to make the process as straight forward and relaxed as possible.

If you are interested in speaking to me before starting counselling, I can offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, so that you can see if you feel comfortable talking with me and if my approach is suitable to meet your needs.

I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework and code of practice. I have monthly supervision to ensure that my I am providing the best practice and service to meet the needs of my clients.
